Meet The taste testers
Lola
Lola is our Shihtzu cross Pug (we think) pigdog we like to call her along with beany, kyle, lolita and many more. She is allergic to the whole of the outdoors, grass, trees, pollen, mould, leaves, you name it and she's allergic to it! She has 4 weekly allergy injections to keep on top of her symptoms and lots of other measures in-between. She is also only able to eat fish as she is allergic to all other proteins, much to her disappointment as food is her favourite thing in the world, especially toast. She likes to sleep, snuggle, eat and play tug of war with Sprout. She's sassy, grumpy, lazy, loveable and extremely stubborn, if Lola got her way she would be spoon fed caviar on a velvet cushion in the window for the rest of her life because she is a total princess. Her favourite natural treat is a salmon skin flattie or a wolf skin throw stick.

Sprout
Sprout is our 3.2kg Brussels Griffon, also known as Sproot, Sprooticles & Sprooticus Maximus. He is a loveable ball of energy, the teeniest boy with the most almighty personality! He loves everything and everyone and every dog and human must be his best friend. Velcro dog would be the term for him as he follows me everywhere I go, literally if I move, he moves. Sprout just LOVES food, all food and any food and would eat all day long if we let him! He is extremely happy that mommy and daddy have set up a treat business, so he can have full access to all his favourites. He is like a goat and although he is small you would be surprised the heights he can scale! He adores his big sister Lola and they love to snuggle together and play together. He enjoys long walks, snuggles on the sofa or under the duvet and running on the beach, he always has his head in something he shouldn't and is very cheeky! His favourite natural treat is a hairy rabbit ear.

Nimba
Nimba is our sass queen. She is the loudest, most vocal and the floofiest princess around. She's particularly stubborn, extremely beautiful to look at, but don't let that fool you, she will be fussed on her terms and her terms only and if she doesn't want a fuss you get a ninja attack of swipes. You hear her before you see her and can have full blown conversations with her. She struts around proudly with her feather duster like tail, tormenting the dogs and looking for cosy, warm, dark places to snooze. We often lose her because she sneaks into wardrobes, cupboards and drawers to sleep the day away. Despite her moodiness, she does love a sofa snuggle on your chest. Her favourite thing to eat is anything fish.
Blue
Blue is our old boy, he is the main main of the house and despite him being 13 now he still puts all the others in their place where he sees fit. He now spends his days trying to steal food off our other cats and the surrounding neighbours because he's on a special renal diet. He enjoys snoozing in sunshine spots and coming for snuggles on your lap of an evening. He greets all of my clients when they come for their pets grooming appointments, he will either go up to their car and follow them in, or sit on the wall by the bell waiting for a fuss. He also enjoys accompanying us on the school runs most days. Due to Blue being on a special diet, he is limited to what he can have, but he enjoys chicken and fish the most.
Dinky
Dinky by name, dinky by nature. She is our super small, super needy, loving, hand reared little fuss pot. She was abandoned by her mother as a kitten so my husband hand reared her into the beauty she is today. She is the most wary cat you will ever meet, she doesn't trust anyone or anything unless she is very familiar with you and although she is allowed outdoors, she only goes outside to the toilet and comes straight back inside as she is scared of her own shadow, so she's technically a self made house cat. She always smells like fabric softener as her favourite place to sleep is on clean washing piles. Despite her small size, she has a fierce side, she doesn't like other animals apart from Blue, she tolerates Nimba now, although it took them 3 years to finally get along in harmony and the dogs steer clear of her because she is very very angry towards them if they try anything that is remotely in her safe space. Her favourite food is fish.
Lottie & Ryder
Lottie & Ryder are our husbun & wife pair, they are inseparable. We had our first bun Bob who was rescued from a cardboard box left by some bins, we then got Lottie so he had a friend and then we sadly lost Bob suddenly and Lottie was heartbroken, she wouldn't eat or drink and got poorly herself, so we rescued Ryder from a local RSPCA shelter and they bonded instantly which was amazing. They have free roam of our garden all day everyday, with access to a safe, warm and clean 6 foot hutch if they wish, they are popped away at night and let out first thing in the morning to resume their adventures. Ryder is very confident and Lottie is more wary, although she has come out of her shell more as she's got older. They love to play out in the snow as you can see, they enjoy a good forage about of mixed goodies that we scatter through their hay or around the garden for them to find. They only have natural treats too in moderation but their favourite thing of all time is fresh mint and parsley, they also love grapes, strawberries, blueberries and dandelions. They will enjoy very much being the taste testers for the botanical bags we will be putting together for your buns & piggies.
