WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except on public holidays or as otherwise stated.
• We ship orders by courier. 
• Our Standard Delivery charge is £3.29 for courier services.
• Scottish Highlands (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50), British Islands and Northern Ireland incur extra charges, calculated at checkout.
• Orders over £40 qualify for FREE delivery. This does not apply to Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland.
• FREE Shipping Discount codes are not applicable to Scottish Highlands, British Islands and Northern Ireland Post Codes.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE? 

We aim to dispatch orders same day or the following working day, and at the time of dispatch and e-mail will be sent to your registered address notifying you that it has left us.

On our standard delivery service you should receive your order within 2 to 5 working days. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived in 5 working days. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not currently offer international delivery. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS?
